2015、2016年间,公司豪掷逾20亿元,以3.9亿元、11亿元、5.82亿元对价先后并购华炜科技、中经电商及汇通宝、满泰科技,形成商誉约13亿元,此后净利润由2014年的3500万元增长至2017、2018年的4亿元上下,营收规模由5亿多元扩大至22.82亿元,双双创上市新高。股价也在2015年创下76元的历史高位,总市值超过240亿。分布式光伏中“最难啃的骨头”——小微工商业投资建设经验2022-11-17 09:11·风光易储随着光伏补贴退坡以及工商业电价持续攀升,工商业分布式市场迅速升温。数据显示,2022年前三季度国内分布式光伏新增装机35.3GW,其中工商业分布式新增18.7GW,占比约53%,成为主力军。而根据彭博新能源财经报告显示,目前中国工商业屋顶光伏市场规模已超200GW,随着城市化的不断推进,将有可能在2040年达到300GW。面对工商业分布式广阔的蓝海和激增的装机容量,作为占据工商业侧95%以上的小微工商业分布式资源却是一片“无人问津”的景象。“早在2020年之前,中国90%以上的工商业投建商只投头部业主客户,当时占中国市场总量90%以上的小微工商业无人问津;直到今天,仍然有一半以上,甚至大多数分布式投资商也只投头部公司,所以我们走上了一条小微工商业的探索之路。”联盛新能源联合创始人、联盛电力总裁田大勇在第六届分布式能源嘉年华会议上表示。小微工商业分布式之所以无人问津,是因为它从产业逻辑、商业逻辑、管理逻辑与传统分布式光伏有着颠覆性差别,是一条完全区别于传统分布式光伏的细分赛道,也被称为分布式光伏中“最难啃的骨头”,而令投建商望而却步。众所周知,工商业分布式的碎片化、寄生性、非标性三大属性制约了工商业光伏的发展。小微工商业不仅具备以上三个特点,而且把这些特点无限放大,带来了更大的风险。首先,传统的分布式光伏想发设法找一些头部公司做客户,避免风险。但小微分布式不一样,要想做的多,就必须做小微工商业的业主客户,这些公司经营的存续性、安全性、稳定性不像世界五百强公司那么稳。其次,传统的技术和概率方法在小微工商业分布式上也行不通了。田大勇表示,单一的项目可以凭借经验以及概率来评估它的风险,但是像一年做几百个甚至上千个小微工商业项目,上述方法显然就不再适用。再者,一旦小微工商业项目量多之后,很多项目的个体风险会变成一种新的系统风险,这种系统风险不得不去重新思考和面对。如何判断一个小微工商业项目是否能投?作为国内工商业分布式光伏的创新引领公司,联盛新能源正在践行这条细分道路。联盛电力总裁田大勇介绍,与传统分布式甄选出“哪个行”的精选思维不同,小微工商业采用底层思维来判断,找出几百个项目中“哪个不行”;在建立在更大随机样本量的规律性和稳定性上的布局容错机制。例如,现在50MW可能是几十个项目组成的资产包,即使其中10%、20%的项目出了问题,但是因为小微工商业的收益率本身比传统分布式高很多,可能整体包的收益率依然非常可观。田大勇还建议公司建立一套批量产出的管理模式。因为几百千瓦到1兆瓦之间的小微工商业分布式项目无法做到每个项目都开投委会、投决会、启动会,所以必须要建立一套庞大的规范过滤系统,经验负荷系统和大数据修正系统,来助力决策。另外,小微工商业的建设管理,也是制约其规模发展的一大难点。田大勇以联盛新能源为例说到,联盛每月平均开工、在线的项目超百个,容量加起来可能不超过一个地面电站的容量。但是这一百多个项目却分布在全国数十个省份,对项目的管理难度提出了非常高的要求。面对同时操作上百个项目的难度,田大勇表示需要做标准化的设备集采、设计、检测、验收以及远程云监工、战略外包、属地化采购等。“我们的组件逆变器,一次就要和厂家订购一年的量,因为无法确定哪天用,所以只能预先订购一年的量,然后所有标准都统一,采用一套标准化的设计方案。”田大勇补充到。此外,项目的分散性也要求公司需要属地化的采购,避免组件、逆变器、支架、线缆等设备的运输成本和运输难题,所以田大勇建议公司应该在每个业务密集地方建立一套独立的本地化采购体系,尽量实现自己自足,减少流动。与传统分布式光伏公司相比,小微工商业公司的团队部署也不一样。传统分布式光伏公司主要以职能标准划分为技术、工程、开发等不同部门;前排做资源和业务,后排做知识和把控。而小微工商业公司更像是互联网公司,需要把团队、所有人力资源进行属地化和网格化布局;前台做流程管控,后台做科技研发。田大勇解释,“你不可能为一个200千瓦的项目让开发经理人员异地出差签项目回来,这样在成本和效率上都不可行。所以小微工商业公司必须把人员进行属地化、网格化的部署。何为网格化?例如我们在一个地级市,既有开发人员,也有技术人员,也有采购人员,它既是属地化的划分,又是多职能的交叉,且都是双线管理,这样更能实现成本节约和效率提升,推进项目高效进行。”另外,小微工商业分布式拥有相对较好的收益,具备整体动态安全性、稳定性强,容错能力强等优点。据悉,以500KW小微工商业电站发电100%自用为例,通过测算其收益率最低可达到13.14%以上,有的甚至超过25%,基本在4~6年可以收回静态投资成本。图片来源:爱康集团虽然目前小微工商业分布式光伏发展之路征程漫漫,还面临诸多困难,但却是从能源消费侧推动双碳目标的必经之路,未来也将是光伏公司不得不面对的市场。如何走好这条道路,还需要各个参与方积极合作、持续努力,为中国碳达峰、碳中和探出一条新的小微工商业的发展之路。
