2025年01月03日，A股军工通信公司转型多元化 七一二净利增长超五成领跑同行原创2020-03-19 09:39·长江商报长江商报记者 李顺国内上市军工通信公司均上市时间较早，如今看来，七一二（603712.SH）已成为后起之秀。2019年，七一二实现归属于上市公司股东的净利润3.45亿元，同比增长53.52%，实现净利三年增长，较2015年增长1.17倍。长江商报记者发现，上市公司中海格通信（002465.SZ）、烽火电子（000561.SZ）、中原电子（被并入中国长城旗下）均属于老牌军工通信公司。海格通信持续攻关北斗导航、烽火电子也在试图开发电声器材业务，虽然都在转型多元化发展，但目前还未能助力业绩明显增长。而七一二业绩能如此亮眼，离不开其持续占营收20%以上的研发投入，其研发助力系统产物营收两年增长1.37倍。根据招股说明书，七一二主营业务超过80%，主要来源于航空无线专网通信终端、地面无线专网通信终端及系统产物为主的军品业务。不过近年来公司不断开发系统产物，这一业务营收6.17亿元，约占全年总体收入近三成。分析人士认为，军事电子通信领域的市场需求将持续旺盛，军事通信行业迎来了非常好发展机遇。不过军工通信公司仍要加大研发投入，才能获得更多机会参与军方科研、装备采购等项目的招投标，同时要根据自身细分领域优势，借助军工融合发展，寻找新的业绩增长点，方能保持盈利能力提升。研发费占比四年超20%去年报告期内，七一二实现整体营业收入21.41亿元，同比增长31.69%；实现归属于上市公司股东的净利润3.45亿元，同比增长53.52%。2016-2019年七一二研发费用分别为3.47亿元、3.56亿元、4.02亿元、4.73亿元，七一二四年来研发支出与收入比率始终保持在20%以上的高位水平。截至2019年底，公司获得了多项专利技术，公司及子公司共拥有88项发明专利，163项实用新型专利。同时公司正在进行三百余项项目的研发工作，主要项目涵盖综合通信系统、嵌入式训练系统、武器协同数据链端机、联战改进完善项目等多个领域。军用无线通信市场主要有中国电子科技集团公司第十研究所、海格通信、烽火电子、中原电子（2016年通过资产置换置入上市公司中国长城）。其中海格通信近两年研发保持在16%左右，其他两家近几年研发费用占比有所增长，但2018年烽火电子、中国长城研发费用也仅14.51%、7.49%。从研发占比来看，七一二在军用无线通信市场A股上市公司中排名第一。从业绩增长来看，七一二净利增速也最高（排除中原电子外）。2019年海格通信实现营业收入46.23亿元，同比增长11.58%，归属于上市公司股东的净利润为5.19亿元，比上年同期增长19.09%。烽火电子年报没有公布，从其前三季度业绩来看，其营收6.91亿元，下降1.82%，净利润仅为389.32万元，下降45.26%，业绩下滑明显。而中国长城业务较广泛，仅从去年中报来看，其高新电子业务（主要来自中原电子）营收13.96亿元，下降9.22%，净利润仅为2300万元左右，相比上年同期扭亏为盈，所以增速较大。军工通信公司转型寻找新业绩增长点相比其他军工通信公司，七一二业绩持续增长与其持续研发投入开发系统产物关联很大。去年七一二实现了多项新产物的投产销售和多个系统产物的突破，尤其是系统产物收入增速明显。去年系统产物收入6.17亿元，同比增长59.23%，约占全年总体收入的28.84%，相比2017年2.60亿元收入，其收入两年增长1.37倍。前两年七一二净利润分别为1.94亿元、2.25亿元，同比增长22.30%、15.80%，连续两年增长后再次加速增长，系统产物均贡献大部分增长，去年系统产物毛利率54.49%，远高于同期无线通信终端产物业务的44.64%。在民用无线通信领域，公司分别与国铁集团及下属地方铁路局、朔黄铁路、大秦铁路等签订了铁路无线通信设备订购合同，去年公司相继中标天津地铁、成都地铁、佛山轨道交通等多条线路。而军工公司海格通信、烽火电子却未能在转型业务多元化中迅速实现业绩高增长。近年来军工通信龙头海格通信聚焦“无线通信、北斗导航、航空航天、软件与信息服务“四大业务领域，加快在新时代的转型转态，公司发布了面向北斗三号应用的卫星导航高精度基带芯片+支持全球导航卫星系统和全球短报文系统的射频芯片的全芯片解决方案，2018年其北斗导航业务增长19.15%，去年公司与特殊机构用户装备采购合同签订合同，合同总金额约7.17亿元，保障了相关业务收入持续增长。烽火电子公司控股子公司宏声科技智能抗噪耳机、智能手柄改造、救援无线通话设备3项产物完成机关科研鉴定。2018年和2019年中报烽火电子电声器材营收分别为1.08亿元、0.45亿元，增长39.42%、25.64%，不过占总营收仍较低。
