减少运营班次、载客量不得过半……哈尔滨公交发车时间调整2022-04-20 18:33·光明网20日，记者从哈尔滨交通集团公交公司获悉，哈市发布了《哈尔滨市应对新型冠状病毒感染肺炎疫情工作指挥部第60号公告》，自4月20日12时至4月25日24时，六个主城区实行社会静态化管理，按照行管部门要求在严格遵照执行的同时，哈市公交公司要进一步加强疫情防控工作，具体要求如下：在严格落实市防疫指挥部《第60号公告》要求，根据《公告》要求进一步强化各项疫情防控工作。自4月20日12时至4月25日24时，公交线路减少运营班次，末车时间提前半小时，市区线路发车间隔30分钟，郊区线路发车间隔1小时，早晚高峰适当加密车次，确保通勤时间出行,备案运营计划发车间隔大于1小时的郊区线路按原发车间隔执行。在运营中要严格控制单车载客数量，车内乘客不得超过额定载客量的50%。要严格按照《客运场站和交通运输工具新冠肺炎疫情分区分级防控指南（第七版）》和《重点场所预防性消毒工作指南》的要求贯彻落实防疫工作，做好营运车辆、场站、首末站、调度室等公共交通运输工具和场所的消毒、通风工作，公交驾驶员和从业人员上岗前必须进行扫码、测温，并按要求做好个人防护，同时做好各项记录，发现问题要第一时间上报市防疫有关部门，配合防疫部门做好相关工作。公交驾驶员在运营过程中必须始终保持正确佩戴口罩，并严格监督乘客扫码、佩戴口罩乘车。严格按规定做好公交驾驶员和从业人员定期核酸检测等相关防疫工作，加密员工核酸检测频次，切实做到 “应检尽检”、“不落一人”。公司要压实疫情防控主体责任，提高疫情防控意识，积极配合防疫部门开展相关疫情工作，及时发现防疫措施落实不到位的问题，并立即进行整改。记者/摄影：栾德谦来源： 黑龙江日报甚至李某曾多次殴打王某
