别的角色为了荣誉,那是拼了命地抢镜头,各种手段层出不穷。学习才不被忽悠 PC电源技术词汇挨个看2014-08-12 05:57·中关村在线| 责编:司宇现在消费者选购电源,除了看重品牌、价格、功率之外这些外在的参数,很少会注意到电源的一些技术词汇,比如主动PFC、被动PFC、滤波电路等等。其实如果消费者能够弄明白其中蕴含的一些知识,对于选购电源是非常有帮助的。今天笔者就给网友们介绍一下电源的技术词汇。学习才不被忽悠 PC电源技术词汇挨个看电源作为主机内部看起来并不起眼的硬件,其实涉及很多知识,很多消费者如果弄不明白其中的道理,也比较容易上当受骗。而且电源不像CPU只有2家厂商,各种山寨货也是琳琅满目,今天给网友们科普几个词汇,在面对无良商家的时候也能有一战的资本。PFC就是功率因数校正什么是PFC,意思是“功率因数校正”,通俗的话说,就是提高有用功的比重。而计算机开关电源是一种电容输入型电路,其电流和电压之间的相位差会造成交换功率的损失,此时便需要PFC电路提高功率因数。目前的PFC有两种,分为被动式PFC和主动式PFC。电源内部结构被动PFC特点首先看下被动PFC和主动PFC在设计上有什么区别,被动式PFC一般是一个体积较大的电感,内部是铜线缠绕硅钢片以绝缘胶纸包覆,外形和小变压器非常相似。被动式PFC采用电感补偿方法使交流输入的基波电流与电压之间相位差减小来提高功率因数,被动式PFC的功率因数只能达到0.6~0.75,一般放置在高压滤波电容附近。被动PFC方案简单的结构也形成了其最大的特点——低成本。被动式PFC设计主动PFC特点相对于被动PFC简单直观的外形,主动式PFC电路要复杂许多。主动式PFC电路是由电感线圈、滤波电容、开关管及控制IC等元件组成的一个升压电路,可以将输入电压提高、减少电流的电能损耗。主动式PFC可以达到较高的功率因数──通常可达98%以上,但由于电路较复杂、元件较多,所以成本也相对较高。主动PFC设计主动PFC优势那么为什么主动式PFC的转换效率要高于被动式PFC呢?被动PFC对电路的要求比主动PFC要低,市面上99%的被动PFC电源都是采用简单的半桥拓扑+廉价二极管元件构成,而主动PFC电源标配双管正激电路+低阻抗电感+高功率场效管,更优秀的架构与元件可以使转换效率稳步提升。EMI主要为滤波EMI的中文名称为电磁滤波干扰器。它的原理是利用电感性元件和电容性元件的一些特性来滤除在电力或者电子工程中信号-信号、电源-电源、信号-电源和电源-信号之间有害的电磁干扰。再说简单点,它就是起到了过滤杂质的作用,就像过滤器一样。一级EMI设计对于电脑来说,如果电流不纯净会导致很严重的后果,甚至会烧毁电脑内部硬件,因此电脑对电流的纯净度还是要求比较高的。电源作为市电输入的硬件,它们一般都会有着一级EMI滤波设计的,这个设计第一时间保证了市电电流的纯净。EMI由电感和电容组成其实EMI滤波器的主要构成为电感和电容,电感是闭合电路的一种特性,当闭合回路的电流改变时,线圈中会形成感应磁场,而感应磁场又会产生感应电流来抵制通过线圈中的电流,而电容的主要功能就是储存多余的能量,释放多余的能量。电感电容(图片来自新世纪LED网)二级EMI更稳定EMI滤波系统就是通过电容与电感的作用把有害的电流转换成有用的电流,从而消除有害电流对电源的干扰,保证电源的稳定性。而一些好的电源还会有二级EMI设计,这对于电源的稳定性来说是非常重要的。二级EMI设计EMI滤波主要适用于适用高性能电磁屏蔽室和其他对电磁干扰要求高的电子设备,因此在电源上大部分都采用了EMI滤波系统设计,而高频抑制特性也非常适用于现代开关电源。其较高的可靠性和性能体积比也是这种设计的一大特色。当然,最重要的还是这种设计成本较低,这也是众多电源厂商纷纷采用EMI滤波设计的主要原因。高压滤波接着主要是将高压交流电转化为高压直流电,由全桥电路整流和大容量的滤波电容滤波来完成,对电流电压间的相位差进行补偿。许多朋友喜欢用这里所用电容容量的大小来判断电源的功率和用料档次。当然了,日系电容在这方面还是具有优势的。电容变压器把过滤后的高频率的脉动直流电转化为低压高频直流电,这一步由半桥式功率转换电路来完成。半桥式功率转换电路一般由3部分组成,最大的一个是开关变压器,负责将PWM集成电路输出的控制信号进行放大以驱动开关管进行工作,同时还可以将开关管工作的高压区和集成电路工作的低压区进行物理隔离。变压器低压滤波这部分电路的作用主要是将+5V和+12V直流电中的纹波过滤掉,输出纯净的直流电信号。低压滤波电路采用了容量更高的滤波电容,通常为2200微法,这部分直接影响输出电流的纯度。低压滤波电路编辑总结:今天笔者给大家总结了一些对于电源技术词语的东西,可能看起来比较乏味。不过当网友们了解了之后,相信在选电源的时候会更加的心应手。谁要是把内部有个“大铁块”的电源卖给你,还宣称主动PFC设计,就可以有力的反击他。其实电源的知识还远远不止这些,有机会笔者在与网友进行分享。电源作为主机内部看起来并不起眼的硬件,其实涉及很多知识,很多消费者如果弄不明白其中的道理,也比较容易上当受骗。司宇
