危机升级!2024年或面临九黑天鹅?衰退来袭!中国该如何应对?首发2023-12-29 03:04·樱狼财经即将到来的2024年,可能并没有我们那么乐观,按照美银证券分析师的说法,2024年可能会有九大黑天鹅席卷全球市场,而中国作为其中重要的经济体,也很难置身事外。2024年,全球黑天鹅来袭?所以,2024年的外部利空,九大黑天鹅到底是什么?这是否会对中国经济产生冲击?我们又该如何应对?今天我们就重点谈谈这些话题。码字不易,欢迎点赞,转发,收藏。2024年,九大黑天鹅袭击全球经济?美银证券的分析师其实很不地道,美股涨的好好的,他偏偏在这边唱空,而九大“黑天鹅”也听的毛骨悚然。但是仔细看看,也有一定的道理。我这里讲几个比较重要的黑天鹅事件。第一大黑天鹅,在于全球通胀危机的“卷土重来”。根据英国前商务部大臣,美国高盛资产管理公司的前董事长吉姆·奥尼尔的观点,2024年的通胀问题或许存在很大的变数。尽管最新的消费价格数据,显示通胀问题似乎已经被控制。2024年,通胀危机依然会持续。但是剔除波动较大的食品,以及能源价格的“核心通胀率”数据,却并没有那么好看。就拿美国的通胀举例,美国11月份的核心通胀率有所回暖,10月份的时候,核心通胀就继续增长了0.2%,而11月份又增长了0.3%,目前的年通胀率维持在4%,这个数据并不是很低。起码比美联储规定的2%要高一倍。所以,2024年的通胀危机是否能够彻底控制?有人很乐观,但是也有不少德高望重的经济学家和华尔街大佬,保持了谨慎的态度。运气不好,这就是2024年的“黑天鹅”。11月份的美国核心CPI出现回暖。第二大黑天鹅,在于超预期的经济衰退。2024年的主基调是全球经济衰退,这是因为从宏观周期来看,美林时钟从滞胀期,开始进入了“衰退期”,所以明年的主基调就是衰退,指望经济会逆袭的朋友们,还是歇歇吧。但是这里所说的黑天鹅,其实是经济的超预期衰退。美林时钟走向“衰退期”。目前市场的判断是,美国经济明年出现软着陆,欧洲的表现要更加差一点,增速会放缓的更加快,中国的预期经济增速是4.8%-5%左右。相对来说是最高的。但是,如果因为某些因素,比如通胀,金融危机,地缘冲突导致经济超预期衰退,那就会是明年的第二大黑天鹅。那么经济衰退期的最好应对方法是什么呢?也许就是购买债券,所以美国国债很可能在2024年出现畅销,而目前已经出现了类似的信号。第三大黑天鹅,地缘冲突加剧,占据扩大。全球目前的火药桶主要有两个,一个是已经爆炸而且要熄火的俄乌,还有一个就是中东那边的火药桶;最近中东的红海危机爆发,中东各国,欧盟,美国都已经被牵扯进来。甚至美国还邀请中国去护航打胡塞武装。如果中东的占据扩大,更多国家加入其中,那么对于全球经济的威胁和影响将会非常巨大,别的不说,红海如果封锁了以后,15%的全球物流就都得改道好望角,运费大涨以后得全球通胀上升,就是迟早的事情。受到干扰的红海航线。第四大黑天鹅,在于美国金融市场动荡。美国的金融市场目前来看没有太大的问题。甚至可能随着2024年的降息而变得更好。但是其实依然有很多隐忧存在。比如我之前提到过的科技股泡沫。美国的科技股估值非常高,已经是处于一个“极度贪婪”的估值,不管是股票还是资金都出现了明显的过热效应。但是如果从收入来看,就算是最强大的人工智能公司openai,依然没有出现足够的盈利。再加上很多科技公司高管纷纷在高位减持套现,美国的科技股其实处于一个高位的震荡整理期。如果运气好的话,那么随着AI热潮的逐渐退却,这些科技股估值会慢慢平复,回归一个正常水平。美国科技股泡沫但是,由于美联储依然在2024年持续缩表,美国股市的流动性并不是很乐观。而美国目前拥有约6000亿美元的高收益率债券陆续到期,它们也将会导致垃圾债券危机,引发公司违约炒。在这样的链式反应的影响下,美国金融市场将会出现剧烈动荡, 其影响力或许将不亚于今年年初的美国银行业危机。第五大危机,主权危机显现,美国债务危机持续。2024年最严重的危机,可能就是美国的主权债务危机。此前穆迪等国际评级机构已经下调了美国的主权信用评级展望,让美国深陷债务危机的漩涡。而2024年的美国债务,将会可以预见的持续上涨,突破34万亿美元已经不是什么大问题,是否能到35万亿,甚至是36万亿美元,才是我们需要关注的。美国主权债务危机,才是2024年最大的黑天鹅。很显然,目前的美国财政非常不健康,美国高额的财政支出,基本都以来继续举债,以及“借新还旧”来维持。债务占GDP的比重也越来越大。而随着俄乌冲突和中东危机的持续,美国需要更多的资金来维持盟友在战场上的优势,这也会极大的损害美国的国力,增加美国的军费支出。所以,2024年的美国债务危机,是否会暴雷?这是我们需要持续关注的。尽管美元霸权可以再撑几年,但是万一暴雷了呢?黑天鹅频发,中国如何应对?在知名机构巴克莱看来,2024年其实是“衰退2.0”的一年。可以肯定的是,明年的经济增速会持续下降,而也正是因为全球经济的衰退,才会让包括美联储,欧洲央行在内的各大机构转变货币政策,从加息走向宽松。那么,中国如何应对呢?首先是2023年的中国经济,目前高盛判断咱们今年的经济增速为5.3%,这个数字相比欧美其实已经非常不错。中国经济正在不断前进,5.3%的增速还是不错的。而为了应对明年的衰退周期,我们也将开始政策周期,通过逆周期调节,出台一系列的宽松政策来为中国经济托底。比如扩大内需,增加基建项目,保障房地产投资,以及继续改革开放,实现对外贸易的稳步增长。高盛预计,2024年的中国经济增速,会非常强劲。而由于种种原因,我们的通胀会比较温和,并不会出现类似欧美的通胀危机,它预判中国的通胀会从0.3%增长到1.3%,如果这个数字真的实现,其实是一个相对健康,能够接受的通胀数据。所以,如何应对外部的黑天鹅威胁?主要的应对方法,其实就是进行逆周期调节,出台更多的利好政策,然后贯彻这些利好,用更加积极的货币,财政政策来为经济托底,才是一个更好的选择。在我看来,面对外部冲击,中国经济也能够扬帆起航!所以,2024年的全球经济并不平静,很多危机和黑天鹅正在蠢蠢欲动,我们无法判断究竟哪一个黑天鹅会到来。但是对于中国来说,处理好目前自己的问题,对外部的威胁做好有力的抵御,其实就是以不变应万变的做法。我也相信,就算身处衰退周期,中国经济也能够赶英超美,走出更加辉煌的2024年!中国经济加油!-----------------------------------【樱狼财经】探寻热点背后的真相,欢迎点赞、评论,赞赏。
