导游是怎么赚钱的，一个月能收入多少？2020-04-20 12:50·京城路姐说起导游的收入，一直是个敏感的话题，大多数游客也很好奇。导游一般都属于自由职业者，考试取得导游资格证后，很少有被旅行社长期聘用的，因为我国旅游业飞速发展，旅行社注册量也猛增，这就造成行业竞争十分激烈，利润微薄，旅行社养不起专职导游，所以导游大多数会把资格证放在导游协会，没有底薪自己上社保，成为社会边缘化的一群人。导游带团分为两种团：1、纯玩无购物的品质团，旅行社会按天数发放导游补助，200-400元/天，往返接团乘坐公交或打车费用自理，有时赶上旅游旺季没有住宿的地方，导游要么回家住，要么自己出去开房或住洗浴中心，也有在客人住宿的酒店大堂沙发上凑合一夜的。除去这些费用，一个团下来赚1000多是可以的。2、可以增加自费景点进购物店的团，这种团价格都比较低，客人购买商品和增加自费景点导游能够拿到佣金，是客人消费总额的2-3%，但这些钱并不是导游自己拿，要与旅游车司机分成后，再给旅行社上交一定的人头费，所以导游赚的多少取决于客人，如果团队购买力比较强增加自费景点多，那会有不错的收入，如果团队消费能力有限，那就不好说了，也许一个团下来还会赔钱。总之，导游的收入是不稳定的，旅游又有淡旺季之分，按旺季一个月带4个团，淡季带1-2个团算，一个勤奋服务好的导游一年下来整体差不多能赚5万元左右。除去吃喝家用和上社保，也就所剩无几了，这就是为什么现在导游出现众多改行的原因。旅游产业是永远的支柱型产业，导游收入虽然不高，但养家糊口没有问题。后来，卖了三年多后，我俩就在外面街道旁，租了一个12平的小门店，专门卖各种时令蔬菜，品种多达几十种，这在农贸大厅里，一个摊位，品种多了，菜量大了，客流量也有增无减。
