此次我国直接派出山东舰航母、052D导弹驱逐舰以及054A导弹护卫舰,还有一艘综合补给舰,组成的航母编队直接南下。老人如果懂三七定律,和儿女相处就不难首发2023-12-27 13:22·越越爸育儿文/越越爸育儿最舒服的人际关系,都藏在三七定律里。俗话说:“三分米七分水,是煮粥;三分醉七分醒是喝酒。”也有老歌唱道:“三分天注定,七分靠打拼。”在现实中,三七定律的法则遍布你我周围,直接作用在生活的方方面面,间接决定着我们一生的得失、成败和荣辱。真有这么玄乎?别不信,请往下看:你的手机,有用和没有用的功能往往是三七开;你的房子,闲置和没闲置的区域多半是三七开;你的人生,吃苦和没吃苦的时间大多是三七开。……其中的根源,就在于我们一度以为,得到的越多越快乐,付出的越多越幸福,却不知在潜移默化中,人生早已不由自主,活成了三七定律的反面教材。其实,这样的逻辑,类推到感情和人际关系之中,大多情况下也是适用的,特别对于老人和儿女这种不寻常的亲子关系,效果更是肉眼可见。越越爸以为,老人晚年和儿女相处,不管是越来越累,还是彻底撕破脸,这种关系不融洽的背后,问题多半出在失去三七定律的平衡上,要么大开大合,要么左右摇摆,以至于行不稳而路难长远。01 和儿女相处,三分热闹七分孤独。孤独是一个人的狂欢,狂欢是一群人的孤独。哲学家叔本华曾说:“在这个世界上,真正可供我们选择的路只有两条,要么享受孤独,要么沦入世俗。”人这一辈子,无论是三岁小孩,还是耄耋老人,大多都是喜欢热闹的,于是就想尽办法寻找各种外界的刺激,希望以此来排挤掉心中那种空落落的感觉。可越是如此,追寻热闹的路上越是伤痕累累,有的陷入是非下的纷争不断,有的沾染上因果里的报应不爽。这一切,只因大多数人违背了生而孤独的本质,将一生70%甚至以上的精力,用于追寻那不切实际的热闹之中。回归到和儿女相处上,部分老人亦是如此。老了以后,物质上也好,精神上也罢,大多都朝着愈加孤独的方向发展,对于部分老人来说,这种难以忍受的感觉往往很致命,既适应不了,又摆脱不掉。于是,就把排解孤独的希望全都押在儿女身上,欲通过这种热闹来填补内心的空白。可遗憾的是,这种想法和结果总是大相径庭,相处了就会发现,儿女能带来的只是表面热闹,并不能缓解多少深层次的孤独,反而极有可能会把自己拉入世俗的旋涡之中,给孤独附加上更多无谓的代价。越越爸就曾说过:“一个老人,若学不会跟自己独处,必做不好和儿女相处。”所以,人到晚年,要遵循三分热闹和七分孤独的定律,前者是修行路上的入世,后者是涅槃重生下的出凡。在常态的孤独中旁观无常的热闹,才能洞见自身,才能彻悟他人。02 和儿女相处,三分清醒七分糊涂。所有不幸的关系,要么过于清醒,要么全然糊涂。纳兰容若有句词写的很好:“一生一世一双人,半醉半醒半浮生。”到了一定年纪,总有一天你会发现,生活的真谛不是凡事都要弄个清楚,也不是在稀里糊涂中和稀泥,而是介于三分清醒和七分糊涂之间,既有明哲保身的能力,又有治愈自己的良方。1)三分清醒就是明哲保身在儿女面前,为人父母这辈子大多数情况下的爱都是冲动的,有的是因为控制不了,有的是因为骑虎难下,可最终的结局大体不差,都在遭受不同程度的反噬。而老人保留三分清醒,就是在不丧失全部理智的情形下,给自己的尊严和底线留有一席之地,让自己在万般无奈之时有后路可退。2)七分糊涂就是治愈良方大多数情况下,和儿女相处,老人不保持糊涂是不行的,否则会给亲子关系和家庭情感带来灭顶之灾。老了以后,你要接受儿女很难受控的现实,你越求稳,他们越可能横冲直撞,你越想侧面干涉,就越难逃脱与他们的正面“厮杀”。身处其中,老人既要维护关系的平衡,又要保持家庭的稳定,就难免憋屈煎熬和遍体鳞伤。此时,糊涂就是治愈自己的良药,能在可承受范围内快速复原。曾国藩就曾说过:“唯忘机可以消众机,唯懵懂可以祓不祥。”深以为然……所以,人到晚年,要遵循三分清醒和七分糊涂的定律,在糊涂中跟儿女和解,在清醒中与自己和解,前者是修行,后者是解脱。03 和儿女相处,三分执念七分放下。人这辈子又苦又难,苦的是执念,难的是放下。太宰治曾说过这样一句话:“你的世界总会出现一个人,来时携风带雨,去时乱了四季,独你自己久病难医。”我相信,在许多老人心中也有这么一个人,那就是儿女。从出生那一刻开始,就为他们付出了大半生的心血,燃烧掉整个青春,甚至到了垂暮之年,心中也充满割舍不掉的牵挂。可随着儿女长大成人,走着走着,两者之间的关系却渐行渐远,过往的亲近与美好似乎成为了一种回忆,在力不从心中情难却,在烟消云散中意难平。现实生活里,许多老人走不出这样的困境,要么在假象中越陷越深,要么在错误抉择的指导下南辕北辙,带来更多和更大的痛苦。其实,这一切的根源就在于不懂放下执念。人老了,部分老人对儿女的执念愈发增大,有的渴望情感上的亲近,有的执着物质上的反哺,有的期盼灵魂上的融合,一旦得不到满足,要么怨天尤人,要么自怨自艾。这种执念的背后,既是消耗情分,也是折磨自己,毕竟谁也不可能在物是人非的当下,再找回当初的别来无恙。和儿女相处,放下那些不切实际的执念,你的晚年必如弘一法师所说:“世事大梦一场,看淡再无烦恼。”所以,人到晚年,要遵循三分执念和七分放下的定律,放下执念虽会失去很多,但你也会在放过自我的过程中得到更重要的自己。04 我想说的是人老了,没有所谓的岁月静好,也更没有人替你负重前行,和儿女相处要考验修炼水平,和自己相处要考验修行程度,背后的难度可想而知。可若你能真正懂得三七定律的精髓并运用自如,那么所有关系都能被轻松拿下。三分热闹七分孤独,这是老人晚年的入凡与出世;三分清醒七分孤独,这是老人生活的调色与底色;三分执念七分放下,这是老人命运的抉择与转机。人这辈子,最好的活法是活成自己喜欢的样子,那么,三七分就是你最优的选择。和儿女相处,你领悟到三七定律了吗?欢迎关注【越越爸育儿】,一个专注为带娃老人理智发声的原创阵地,为你深度解析各类家庭关系。#2023年度创作挑战#资料:《聊斋奇女子之宦娘》故事梗概冲影音娱乐冲新浪网
